Not only is our deck beautiful, but the service provided by Rich is unmatched.  Whenever we had the slightest question or change required, it was never a problem and Rich responded as quickly as he could. He and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. One team member drilled holes in a box for my daughter so that she had a place to keep a toad that she caught. Rich himself came to my rescue when we had water leak in our basement (unrelated to the deck work).  He was onsite and helped me to shut off the water and contain the leak so as to stop any further damage to our just finished basement.
